We loved our stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its convenient location to main streets, excellent hotel facilities, and friendly staff who even spoke English. The hotel was also very clean, and we appreciated the option of parking our car on-site.
There was nothing we didn't like. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is located in the heart of the nightlife area and very close to the subway station. the room was spacious and clean with a nice view and comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-equipped and had good water pressure in the shower. The rooftop onsen was a great addition and very relaxing.
The hotel lacked enough staff to cater to guests during peak hours.

Great location and stunning facilities. The rooftop onsen was heavenly after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel was modern and clean. The room had a reasonable size with a small dining table and a fridge with see-through glass. , the location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from the subway and with a car park available.
Lobby area was small, and when it got busy, staff had to balance serving bar patrons and checking people in. The room was relatively small considering the hotel's cost, and early check-in wasn't available, so we had to wait a few hours before checking in.

During my Christmas stay, the room I stayed in was stunning and perfect after a tiring day exploring the city. I appreciated that the staff was flexible and able to accommodate my needs even when I struggled to understand the check-in process. The shower pressure was outstanding, and the soaps had a wonderful citrus scent. The hotel's strategic location close to the subway station made it easy to travel around the city.
The lobby bar and check-in counter are in one small lobby space, making it chaotic and difficult to get a drink or check-in during busy times. Although the hotel has a wonderful spa, the wait for check-in and bar service was too long and frustrating.
